Each week, follow the lives of four teen girls (previously seen on 16 and Pregnant on MTV) as they navigate the bumpy terrain of adolescence, growing pains, rebellion, and coming of age- all while dealing with their newfound motherhood.
While each of the girls this season has her own unique story to share, they all have one thing in common- coping with the challenging realities of being a teen mom.
